The Balloon Hunt
Each contestant is given two balloons to tie around their feet. Then you try to pop the balloons on your opponent's feet by running around and chasing each other. It's noisy but fun!

Blow up the balloon until it bursts
Give each contestant a balloon. Blow it up until it bursts. Large balloons are especially fun.

The banana around the waist
Tie a banana/cucumber on a string (or put them in a pair of tights) around your waist. Then move a tennis ball back and forth around a cone using only the swing of the banana/cucumber. Pass it on to the next person on the team. The first team to finish wins.

Catch the apple
You need: Buckets, water, apple
Instructions: Place a bucket of water that fills 2/3 of the bucket and as many apples as the team contains about 10 m from the starting line. Have the team members line up at the starting line and when the starting gun is fired, they must run to the bucket one by one and try to get an apple using only their mouths (no hands allowed). When the first participant has gotten an apple with their mouths, the participant must run back to their team and let the next person in line run forward to get an apple. The first team to get all the apples out of the bucket and get back to the starting line wins.

Long straw
Using a very long straw, all participants must lift 5 flat candies of their choice (for example Brio) from a tall mug.
The first person to have all the candy outside the cup wins.

Jaw Cramp – Chew Brio
All competitors must eat a bag of Brio. The first to finish gapes and shows an empty mouth. This is best done together with the whole team. If there are many of you, eat more sweets. Warning for jaw cramps!

Cheek ball
Everyone on the team should circle a cone with a tennis ball clamped under their chin (hands behind their backs!). Then pass it on to the next person without using their hands. The first person to finish wins.

The sleeping bag
This game requires speed and agility. It's a fun children's party game, but it's also great as a party game for adults.
The participants are divided into teams of two and two. Each pair then gets their own sleeping bag, or one pair at a time competes to use the same sleeping bag. The participants lie down together in the sleeping bag and zip it up. When the starting signal sounds, the task is to change socks with each other as quickly as possible and then get out of the sleeping bag.
The team that does this the fastest has won.

Relay race with potatoes on a spoon
One person in each team gets a potato on a spoon. Then they have to run around a cone before handing the spoon with the potato to the next person. If you drop the potato, you have to start over. When everyone on the team has made it around and back, the competition is over.

Dot the bucket
You need: Frisbee, bucket.
Instructions: Place a bucket 10-15 m away from the “starting line”. Then line up the participants at the starting line and have them throw the Frisbee three times each. The team that hits the bucket the most times wins.

Drag and find
You will need: One or two pieces of paper per person, pen
Instructions: Give each participant one or two pieces of paper where they write down a word on each side of the piece of paper. These can be any words, e.g. "apple" and "cloud". Put all the pieces of paper in a bag and then draw two pieces of paper and read two words (one from each piece). Now the participants have to find an object as quickly as possible that matches what is written on the piece of paper. Here it is important to be creative and as a judge you make the decision about what is approved and what is not!

The candy string
You will need: Candy string
Instructions: Give each participant a piece of candy floss. Put 2 cm of one end of the candy floss into their mouths and let the rest of the string hang outside their mouths. At the starting signal, participants should try to eat the candy floss in the shortest time, without using their hands or anything else. The first person to eat the whole thing wins.

The ping pong ball
Place four bottles with a ping pong ball on top of each bottle. In front of the bottles, place four glasses of water at different distances from the bottles. Then the competitors must blow the ping pong balls into each glass of water in the shortest time.

Sugar doughnut
Eat a sugary donut without licking your mouth. The first person to finish without licking their mouth wins.

The Joker
You will need: Deck of cards, empty glass bottle
Instructions: Place the deck of cards with a joker at the bottom on top of the mouth of the glass bottle. Line up the team members and let them face each other one-on-one, or have each team choose a fighter. Then, the participants take turns blowing away any number of cards from the deck. Continue blowing away cards until the person who blows away the joker (i.e. the last card in the pile) from the bottle loses.

Giant Sack Jump
This game requires access to huge sacks. They can be found in stores that sell topsoil or similar.
If you have such a sack, up to six people can jump sacks at the same time in the same sack!
If you have several sacks, you can do team relays, otherwise you can race against the clock or just practice cooperation.

Pop the balloon
You need: x number of balloons and string.
You've probably seen the video that has gone viral on social media. This sport involves attaching a balloon to your butt using a string around your waist. The first person on the team must stand at the finish line and wait for the next person on the team to run up to it and pop the balloon. When the balloon pops, the next person can run up and pop the other person's balloon. Laughter and a little pee in their pants are guaranteed.
The team that has popped all the balloons wins and gets points.

Throwing dart with suction cup
What is needed: At least one drain cleaner with suction cup and a scoreboard (which can be made yourself).
Make a scoreboard with three fields: 3 points at the innermost, 2 points in the middle and 1 point at the outermost. Throw and count points.

Pillow fight on a log
Two competitors stand or sit opposite each other on a log a little above ground level. Both competitors have at least one cushion in their hands. When the starting signal is given, the task is to force their opponent down with the cushion. It is not allowed to push each other down with hands or feet.

Cube relay
Set out x number of cubes in a row, one row for each team. The teams start throwing the cube down at the same time with one stick each, and when they hit, they run and pick up the stick and pass it to the next one – just like in a relay race. The first one to finish wins.

Nail competition
If you have access to a hammer, nails, and some decent pieces of wood or planks, this is a fun and easy game. All participants have to hammer a nail all the way down, one at a time, as quickly as possible. The fastest person wins.

Balloon points
The game is prepared by writing points on small pieces of paper, about 3x3cm. This could be, for example, 2 pieces of paper with the number 0 on them, 4 pieces with 5, 2 pieces with 10, 2 pieces with 15. Fold or roll the pieces of paper and place each piece inside its own balloon.
The balloons with notes in them are inflated and attached in a row to a rope or a wooden board.
Individually or in teams, participants take turns throwing darts and popping balloons and collecting points. The goal is to get as many points as possible. So even if you have popped the most balloons, the team that has dropped the fewest can win because they have scored more points. We usually only check the score when all the balloons have been popped. That's when it gets exciting until the very end! If you only use one dart, the risk of someone getting hit is minimal, but still think about the safety of the participants!

Ass hook
This is a fun game for adults that is often associated with Gotland, but has been known throughout large parts of southern Sweden.
This is how the game goes:
-
The two competitors lie on their backs next to each other, but with their heads facing each other. The arms closest to each other are hooked together in an arm hook.
-
Both lift the leg that is closest to the other and hook them together.
-
Now it's time to roll over/roll backwards/press down the other person's leg by pulling your own leg towards you/down towards the ground.
-
Whoever manages to stay lying down and not be knocked over has won.

Curious in a cone
Roll up an A3 piece of paper into a cone and attach the cone around the contestants' faces. Make sure that the small holes are the same size. Through the small peephole, the contestants must then look for an object on the lawn. The first person to find the object wins.
Or play soccer with two goals and a ball.

Picking potatoes
Participants are allowed to wear a cone that is open at both ends over their face. It should only be possible for the participant to see something through the small opening.
Within a larger, demarcated play area, a number of potatoes are then spread out to be picked up by the participants.
The activity can be performed individually in a timed manner or with several competitors at the same time.
Consider the risk of collision when your field of vision is limited.
You can replace the potatoes with balls, or eggs (although eggs can be a bit fragile)

Wheelbarrow race
A perfect activity for playful guests who have a lot of running in their legs!
This is how the game goes:
You need as many wheelbarrows as teams, at least two.
One person drives the wheelbarrow and one sits in it – it doesn't get any more difficult than that! For example, across a lawn, to a marking that needs to be rounded and then back to the team where you quickly switch to a new driver and passenger.
The first team to complete all their rounds wins!
If you want to make the game even more challenging, you can have the driver blindfolded, and the passenger can be the one to steer by shouting "right!", "no, left!"...

Whistle competition
What you need: Dry biscuits and decide on a melody you will whistle.
Eat 3-4 biscuits, chew and try to WHISTLE. Whoever can whistle first wins.

The candy elevator
Players must pull the string around each ear and pull the pen stacked with three M&Ms to their mouths and eat them.
The team that manages the most wins!

Cucumber movement
Divide into two even teams and place your teammates in rows, preferably every other woman and every other man. Instruct everyone to keep their hands behind their backs throughout the competition. Each team gets a cucumber to pass from the first to the last person on the team. The easiest way is to pinch the cucumber between their knees and pass it to the next person's knees.
If the cucumber falls to the floor, the team is punished by having the cucumber take a step back, i.e. to the person who just managed to hand it over. This game is extra fun if the people on the team are of different heights.

Spin the stick around
Line up the teams and place a stick on the grass about 10 meters in front of each team. One by one, you run forward, straighten the stick so that one end is in the ground and the other is against your forehead. Then run around the stick x number of times, drop the stick, and run back to your team as fast as you can. It will be wobbly, so be careful! When you get back, the next competitor takes over. The first team with everyone at the finish line wins.

Team long jump
Participants are divided into teams. All teams start from a common starting line. One person from each team jumps as far as possible, standing still, from the starting line.
From where the first jumper lands, the next team member stands and jumps as far as possible, and so on. When all teams have jumped the same number of times, check who has the longest team jump!
You can also see which team needed the fewest jumps to cover a certain distance or which team reached the finish line the fastest.

Buff ball
In this game, you have to propel a ball forward, but not with your feet like in soccer, but only with your head.
The participants line up along a starting line and when the starting gun goes off, they must crawl, push a ball with their head a distance, round a rounding mark and get back to the starting line again.
This can be done as a relay race! Try using balls of different sizes.

Egg rolling
Here the goal is to get your egg to roll the furthest. Standing still from a starting line, the egg must be rolled away, either along flat ground or from a plank. It is important that the egg has contact with the ground the entire way as it rolls and is not thrown away, that is cheating!

Backward Hide and Seek
The opposite of the classic version! Here everyone counts and one person hides. Whoever finds the person hides in the same place.
In the end, there will be one left who searches and finds everyone at once.

Pull in the string
This is a simple game that is suitable for both children and adults and is best played outdoors. The participants stand behind a line where they each hold the end of a string. At the other end of the string there is something tied. It can be anything. Everything from something small like a toy car or a carrot to something large like a boot or chair.
Now, at the given starting signal, the task is to pull their object in as quickly as possible. The participants must stand still with their feet next to each other during the competition. The first person to get their object across the line where they are standing wins.

Frog spotting
This game can be played individually or in teams. If the participants compete individually, the goal is to spit a jelly bean candy the furthest from a starting line.
If you choose the team variant, the participants are divided into equal teams. The first person spits out their jelly frog. From where it lands, the next person takes turns spitting out theirs, etc.
The team that goes the furthest wins.

The pen in the bottle
We remember this one from middle school class parties! You divide the guests into two teams, the teams line up in two lines. The first person in each line has a string tied around their waist. From the string hangs another string that is tied to a pencil. Behind the competitors, you place a bottle each.
The goal is for them to, by bending forward and looking back, between their legs, poke the bottle with the pencil. When they have succeeded, the turn passes to the next person on the team. The team that finishes first wins.

The Egg Fight
The participants are divided into pairs of two and two. Each pair gets an egg to throw between each other. For each successful throw, they move further apart. The pair that makes it the longest distance without the egg breaking wins! A clothing warning is issued so watch your clothes.

Water chain
The participants line up in a line. Everyone has a mug. The leader in the line stands by a water source of some kind, e.g. a bucket full of water. The last person stands by an empty bucket. When the starting signal goes, the leader fills his mug with water from the bucket and then pours the water from his mug to the next person's mug, etc. When the last person gets the water in his mug, he quickly pours it into his bucket. The game continues like this, either for a predetermined time or until the water in the first bucket runs out. Then you measure how much water the team has managed to transport.

Bank Robber Bowling
This adult game is fun both because the competition is challenging and because you look so funny!
-
You need nylon stockings, tennis balls and water bottles.
-
The competitor puts a tennis ball in the toe of the nylon stocking and then puts the stocking over his head like a bank robber.
-
Now it's up to him to swing his head and get the ball to swing so that it knocks down as many water bottles as possible.

Strength test
What is needed: Two weights of some kind (e.g. bricks, stones or weights) and a stopwatch.
Try to keep your arms straight with the weights in each hand. The participant who can keep their arms straight the longest wins.

Balancing on rope
Lay a long rope on the floor and ask all party participants to stand with both feet on the rope, next to each other, preferably
without shoes.
The leader then tells everyone to line up in birthday order, for example, with January on the far left and December on the far right.
You must always have one foot on the rope and are therefore allowed to climb and hug each other.
Works well as an icebreaker at the party.

Soap football/fireball
Divide into two even teams and place your teammates in rows, preferably every other woman and every other man. Instruct everyone to keep their hands behind their backs throughout the competition. Each team gets a cucumber to pass from the first to the last person on the team. The easiest way is to pinch the cucumber between their knees and pass it to the next person's knees.
If the cucumber falls to the floor, the team is punished by having the cucumber take a step back, i.e. to the person who just managed to hand it over. This game is extra fun if the people on the team are of different heights.

Skiing in a race
You need four old planks or skis. Then you nail three straps across each ski, with enough space so that three people can stand behind each other. The game involves three people from each team putting their feet into the straps and, with joint efforts, covering a certain distance in the shortest possible time. It will be extra fun if you make the track a little curvy.
